About these terms. This website is operated by B@ngs Ltd, the company behind DutyArc, company number 17542979, registered office Flat 1, Ashgrove, 140 Burnt Ash Hill, London, SE12 0JG. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Information only. The site describes software that is in development. Features may change, and nothing on the site is an offer, a contract or a promise of availability, price or delivery date.
No professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Requirements such as SIA licensing and right-to-work checks remain the responsibility of each organisation.
Intellectual property. The content, design, the DutyArc name and logo belong to B@ngs Ltd. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
