DutyArc

In development

Everything between "we need a guard" and "the shift is covered".

The first release of DutyArc focuses on one job: getting the right people onto the right shifts, with the checks done first.

What DutyArc covers

Guards and onboarding:

invite guards, who complete their profile step by step.

Licences and documents:

record SIA licences, right-to-work evidence, qualifications and inductions; review submissions and track expiry dates.

Availability and leave:

guards declare when they can work and request leave; managers see it at a glance.

Shifts and rotas:

create one-off shifts quickly, or repeating shifts from a template.

Direct offers and open shifts:

offer work to a named guard or let eligible guards apply.

Confirmed allocation:

a final check of availability, overlaps and requirements runs before a guard is confirmed, so the last place can't be filled twice.

Notifications:

guards and controllers hear about offers, confirmations and changes.

Overview and history:

see unfilled shifts, expiring documents and a full history of decisions.

Illustrative All names and data shown are invented.

Not in the first release. Timesheets, payroll, GPS attendance and client portals are not part of the first release. We'll decide what comes next with the companies who use DutyArc.
Important note. DutyArc helps your company apply the requirements you set. It does not decide legal questions such as whether a role needs an SIA licence or whether a right-to-work check was carried out correctly. Those remain your company's responsibility.
